Our Proven Process

The time and date are arranged for your survey, or if you choose, we can do this by videocall.

We will get the information from you to help us with the quoting process. We will cover such questions as how quickly the work needs doing? Did you have a boiler package in mind? Do you have a budget in mind?

One of our experienced team will arrive at your property and run through a few minor checks, making sure we know what you need from your boiler.

If you are happy, we'll confirm a start date and estimated finish date.

We start work in your property, ensuring we take steps to minimise the impact on you and your property.

On completion of the work, we will leave your home tidy, pick up all our tools, and give you a demo of how to use your brand-new boiler.

A confirmation email will be sent confirming the completion of work and will also include the final invoice of which is to be paid on completion of the job.

Included in this will be details of your building compliance certificate and confirmation of your boiler warranty.
