I recently decided to refurb my bathroom and as my sister-in-law had hers completed a couple of weeks ago by The Boiler Replacement Company (Essex) Ltd. As and the quality of workmanship and overall finish was excellent, I determined to use the same company.
I therefore contacted Mat at the company and he duly called round to discuss the work materials etc.
Mat was very professional and knowledgeable and with his help we agreed on the design, materials and timescales.
Over the course of the four/five days it took to complete the work , Mat worked tirelessly and the end product is everything I had hoped it would be.
I can honestly recommend Mat and his company to anyone thinking of undertaking similar works.

Very impressed with all aspects of having my boiler replaced by Mat. I was offered several options of boiler manufacturer. Installation was prompt, efficient and safe especially in view of current Covid-19 situation. Great care was taken to protect work areas and any mess was cleared.

My wall thermostat no longer worked and as it is winter I was anxious that my flat should be warm. I phoned Matt Baker and he came round and fitted a new wall thermostat very quickly. He made a good job and patiently explained things to me. Cost was reasonable. Matt did the job very efficiently and professionally as usual. Mary.

In a world of declining standards it has been a pleasant surprise to actually get what you hoped for....reliability, satisfaction and he actually does a good job because he wants your satisfaction and well has his. I would highly recommend.

Mat arrived on time went straight to the Job stripped the boiler down replaced the parts needed informed us of all what he had done. He was professional and polite at all times and answered our question he also set us up for yearly maintenance. He left everything clean and tidy. He posted us the gas certificate which we had never been given before by the previous service company. He also advised us to have a carbon monoxide alarm fitted and to secure the flue in the loft better.
We are very impressed with his manner and helpfulness and look forward to seeing him for the next maintenance.

Matt was entirely professional and went above and beyond, righting wrongs of a previous firms work. I was amazed at how much filth my radiators contained after flushing. Its a wonder they worked at all. Can't wait for the winter and being snug in my house.
