All of our boilers are A Rated energy efficient appliances which means they are designed to use as little energy as possible whilst providing comfortable heating and ample hot water.

Most modern boilers are designed to fit into a standard kitchen cupboard so need to be very compact. We make sure to choose the perfect model for your requirements.

In basic terms, when a hot tap is opened the boiler senses a demand and heats the cold water from your mains. The water being heated by the boiler and not stored in a heating cylinder, gives you an unlimited supply of hot water. The process is as simple as turning up your thermostat on your combi boiler, and it looks after itself.

We almost always are paid online. Simply log into your online banking and transfer the cost agreed to the link we have sent you. We will soon be accepting all cards and payment taken via our virtual terminal – if you have issues accessing online payments, you can always talk to us about alternative payment methods.

Payment is made on completion of works.

We do not offer direct finance but, we can help you. We can work through a great financing company called PAYACA who help our customers with their payments. The process is very simple and application doesn't affect your credit rating.

We currently use three trusted manufacturers, VAILLANT, ATAG AND RAVENHEAT, all of these companies offer a great product and aftercare.

We all know that when things go wrong, a company is nothing without great support for their customers. That’s why we have partnered with these particular manufacturers, as we know they are there when you need them most.

We generally ask for access to all work areas, this will potentially include bedrooms, gas meter cupboards, and the property stop cock. We also ask for furniture to be removed in case of damage.
