Boiler warranties and guarantees
All new boilers come with a warranty, sometimes called a guarantee from the boiler manufacturer. If you experience a genuine fault with the boiler during the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair the boiler free of charge.
Generally, most manufacturers offer a five-year warranty as standard, and some offer 10-14 years of boiler cover provided they are installed by an ‘approved’ or ‘accredited’ installer of which we are.
As a boiler replacement company, we only install boilers from manufacturers that are RELIABLE and EFFICIENT, including the after-care service, which is very important to us. Hence, we only install boilers that we know we can trust to look after you if things do go wrong, and sometimes it does.
Unfortunately, not all boilers are installed correctly, and we come across this every day. That’s why we do things a little different.
ALL of our boiler installations come with a:
- Guarantee or warranty which tells you exactly how many years you have FREE parts and labour cover for.
- Building compliance certificate to say that the boiler has been installed by a licensed gas engineer and the installation is up to standard. It is a vital legal document required when you sell your house and can invalidate your house insurance if you haven’t used a licensed fitter or company to install your boiler.
- All boiler manufacturers understand that a dirty heating system will damage their boilers. That’s why we are proud to say that all of our boilers installations are left 100% to the manufactures requirements. We carry out a revolutionary On-site laboratory-based heating system water test. This shows the engineer the system is cleaned as per the manufacturer’s instructions. A water purity test certificate will be emailed to you instantly to see that we have left your heating system clean, chemically dosed and free from any corrosion, which will drastically reduce the boiler lifespan otherwise.
